Congratulations!

Pyro

Lately I've been watching Heroes while I work and playing Saints Row 4 with a friend and I've discovered something about myself.  I think my favorite super power is fire.  Maybe cuz I'm completely afraid of fire in real life?  But I always find myself drawn to the characters who have fire powers in shows and video games...  So I did a little quickie doodle as a break from work.  Yay pyromania! :P

Fall Sprite

I had this finished for a while and just forgot to post it!  So while organizing stuff I decided I should update the old blog.  I painted this when I was feeling super excited for the fall to come.  It is the best season after all!  Pumpkin flavorings, perfect weather, layers of clothes, boots, changing leaves, Halloween, Thanksgiving!!! SO MANY AMAZING THINGS!!! That is, if you live in an area where the seasons actually change.  I do miss that about the midwest!  Anyways, more seasonal sprites to come, so I hope you enjoy!

CGMA Character Design

This semester I took an extra character design class from CGMA.  It's with the amazing Nate Wragg who I have been a fan of for a very long time, so it is exciting to be learning from him.  This  is some of the work we have done so far and I can't wait to do more!

Matilda

For my Drawing for Film class I am currently working on the story Matilda.  This story was one of my favorite books as a child.  I absolutely loved Roald Dahl books, and read them over and over so it is so much fun to work on this now.

I'll still be working on these for the rest of the semester so we'll see what more comes of it!
